DMZ1 Series Electromagnetic Power Lost Brakes

1、Applications
The DMZ1 series brakes are fricative brakes ,which are automatically set to work when an AC power lost occurs. As a major accessory to our new YEJ series of three-phase motors, it's widely applicable in machine tools and in machineries for metallurgy, construction,chemistry,food-prompt and accurate braking effect.
Because of its small size, light weight l, ow noise and high reliability, it is widely accepted as an ideal piece of automation implementation components.

3、Installation
　Warning
　Friction dise and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
　When fixing,the airgap "&"should be kept to the specified value.
　The Spline type axle sleeve are not allowed to move along axially.
　Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flanger plate.
