DMZ3 Series Electromagnetic Power Lost Brakes

1、Applications
　　The DMZ3 Series Brakes is fricative brakes ,which are automatically set to work when an AC power lost occurs. They are mainly usde with Y series motore to create YEJ series three-phase motore,it's widely appllcabie in machine tools and in machineries for metallurgy, construction,chemistry,food-prompt and accurate braking effect.
　　Because of its small size, light weight , low noise and high reliability, it is widely accepted as an ideal piece of automation implementation components.

3、Operation instructions fo manual releasing device
　　It is can soft,hard releasing device.As fasten screw ,it promote release board to through steel ball,pull armature restore to the thorne through spring strength,resune to brake state,this is hard releasing; Soft must change to releasing screw handle,pull handle back end can remove the brake.(see the sketch map of install)



5、Installation

warning
Friction dise and armature surface should be kept clcan and free of grease.
When fixing, the airgap "δ"should be kept to the specifide value.
The Spline type axle sleeve are not allowed to move along axially.
Turn the hollow bolt so that ot is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
